SET-Solar offers a variety of support for all customers for pre-sale to post-sale. Toll-free customer service support from in-house technical engineering personnel based in California is available 9AM to 5PM PST Monday thru Friday.
Online Customer Support
For all customers, we provide a report of complete flash test results, and optional I-V curves and infrared scans. All of these are made available online so that you can keep track of all of your products.
